EDUCA was founded as a non-profit, and that matters. Every decision here is made for children, not for revenue. Our small community in Dedinje blends Finnish pedagogy with neuroeducation-informed practice – a combination that is genuinely rare, and one that makes EDUCA particularly well suited to children navigating change. Small classes mean no child disappears into the background.

SOFT LANDING
We do not believe in throwing a child in at the deep end and calling it resilience. Before enrolment is even confirmed, prospective children are invited to join us as guests – to move through our days, sit alongside our students and feel the ethos and pedagogy from the inside rather than read about it from a brochure. They arrive as visitors and leave, more often than not, already identifying as EDUCA children. Once enrolled, a pre-arrival meeting with their class teacher means there is already a familiar face waiting at the door. A study buddy – a fellow student, chosen with care – is there from day one to navigate the small things: where to sit, what happens at break, how the school sounds and moves. The timetable starts gently and expands only as confidence does.

From that starting point, we build a sequenced pathway that introduces English gradually and meaningfully – first through gesture and play, then through structured interaction, then through independent expression. No stage is rushed. Each one is unlocked by genuine readiness, not by age or timetable pressure. Children blend into full English-medium learning when they are truly ready – and when that moment arrives, it feels not like an arrival but like a natural continuation.
